Rate Schedules:  (Ground & Second floor)

      Please note: Rates valid for all exhibitions scheduled during 1st Jan., 2000 to      31st Dec., 2000 (Rates are subject to change without notice).

(A)	Deposit I Tariff: Hall of Vision Maintenance. Charges (2nd floor)
1.	Unit A (Area 4150 sq.ft.) Approx. I.e. 38 Sq.mt. *Add for Store charges @	Rs.17,500.00 Per day Rs. 3,000.00 Per day Total = Rs. 20,500.00 Per day
2.	Unit B (Area 3850 sq.ft.) Approx. i.e. 358 Sq.mt. *Store charges	Rs. 16,000.00 Per day NIL Total= Rs. 16,000.00 Per day
3.	Unit C (Area 3700 sq.ft.) (Approx. i.e. 344 sq.mt.) *Add for store charges @	Rs. 16,000.00 Per day Rs. 3,000.00 Per day Total = Rs. 19,000.00 Per day
4.	Entire Hall of Vision (i.e.A,B, & C) i.e. 1087.59 mt.	Rs.55,500.00 Per day

    Store Room:
     Store rooms which are adjacent to Unit 'A' and Unit 'C' will be charged Rs.     3,000/- per day per Store-room. Charges for Store-room (i.e. for 'A' and 'C') are     compulsory during the exhibition period pertaining to the booking for their     respective halls.

(B)	Deposit I
1.	Hall Unit No. 1 (Area 7000 sq.ft. approx.i.e. 650 sq.mt.)	Rs. 29,500.00 Per day
2.	Hall Unit No.2 (Area 6600 sq.ft. approx.i.e. 613 sq.mt.)	Rs. 28, 500.00 Per day
3.	Both the Hall Unit No.1 & 2 (Area 13600 sq.ft. Approx. i.e. 1263 sq.mt.)	Rs. 58,000.00 Per day
4.	General Security Deposit For Hall Unit No. 1 For Hall Unit No. 2 For Hall Unit No. 1 & 2	Rs. 35,000.00 Rs. 35,000.00 Rs.70,000.00

     Please Note:
       Amount of General Security Deposit pertains to exhibition spaces booking      period of normal 5 to 7 days. Booking span beyond 7 days will attract      additional amount of General Security Deposit, to be decided by Officer-
      in-charge of Nehru Centre exhibitions.
      General Security Deposit will be refunded after the due deductions, towards      electricity, damage to Nehru Centre's property, Security Charges, fire safety,      cleaning services, liftman's services, occupation of the exhibition space for      extra period and other area if allowed etc. for use.

     Note : The rate tariff is uniformly applied to all Organisers without any       exception to bodies like Government Departments, Professional       association, Institutions.
