The Hotel staff has been provided with room allocation chart.
For those arriving on 18th may make use of the buffet dinner facility at
the hotel.
Breakfast is complimentary and is again buffet.
Your other meals are being provided at the Conference Venue.
Rooms have been booked from 18 March
afternoon till 21st March forenoon.
We shall arrange to pick you up on 19th morning at 9:15 a.m. to take
you to the Conference Venue.
